DELETE
/v1/admin/fraud/restrictions/{restriction}A detector on Restrict takes something away from the traders it names until their flag is decided. Lifting gives one trader back what this one flag took, without deciding the flag: it stays in the queue for whoever reviews it.
The id is a trader's restriction.id on the flag,
or a restriction on a payout's fraud tab. A
lifted restriction never comes back, not when the flag is seen again and not
when it is reopened. Lifting one that is already lifted changes nothing.
Needs a firm. Our own staff name one with the Propper-Workspace header.
