DELETE
/v1/waitlist/signups/{id}Marks the signup unsubscribed. They stop receiving waitlist email, and a
personal discount code is deactivated at the same time. A shared code is left
alone, because it belongs to the whole campaign rather than to this person.
Calling it twice is fine: the second call returns the same unsubscribed signup.

The row is not deleted
The email address stays on record as unsubscribed. Removing it entirely would let the same address sign up again and collect a second discount code, and would lose the fact that they asked not to be contacted.
