PUT
/v1/admin/payouts/{payout}/ticketLink a ticket the trader already has to the payout, so whoever reviews it reads the conversation in the tab Ticket. Only a ticket of the same trader: another trader's conversation would say something about this one that is not true. A null unlinks.
The trader's tickets are listed here.
Needs a firm. Our own staff name one with the Propper-Workspace header.

| 403 | insufficient_scope | This device does not hold admin:write |
| 403 | workspace_not_permitted | The Propper-Workspace header names an environment this account cannot act in |
| 403 | forbidden | Without manage_payouts, and view_tickets or manage_tickets |
| 404 | resource_not_found | No payout with that id in this firm |
| 422 | validation_failed | No ticket_id, or not a ticket of this firm |
