:::endpoint DELETE /v1/admin/fraud/restrictions/{restriction}

A detector on Restrict takes something away from the traders it names until
their flag is decided. Lifting gives one trader back what this one flag took,
without deciding the flag: it stays in the queue for whoever reviews it.

The id is a trader's `restriction.id` on [the flag](/docs/api/admin/fraud-flag),
or a restriction on [a payout's fraud tab](/docs/api/admin/payout-fraud). A
lifted restriction never comes back, not when the flag is seen again and not
when it is reopened. Lifting one that is already lifted changes nothing.

Needs a firm. Our own staff name one with the `Propper-Workspace` header.

| 403    | `admin_access_required`   | This account no longer helps run the environment                                |
| 403    | `insufficient_scope`      | This device does not hold `admin:write`                                         |
| 403    | `workspace_not_permitted` | The `Propper-Workspace` header names an environment this account cannot act in  |
| 403    | `forbidden`               | Without `manage_fraud`                                                          |
| 404    | `resource_not_found`      | No restriction with that id in this firm                                        |
