GET
/v1/me/calendar/tagsWhat an editor offers when somebody puts a label on an appointment. The labels
belong to the workspace, so the same label means the same thing in every
calendar, and every appointment already carries its own whole in tags. They
are made and renamed on the website.
Send the ids as tag_ids when creating or
changing an appointment.

In the order the workspace put them in. Empty where the workspace has none.
