This page lists the subprocessors that Propper, LLC ("Propper") engages to process personal data on behalf of its customers in connection with the Propper platform, as described in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Propper maintains a data processing agreement with each subprocessor, imposing data protection obligations substantially equivalent to those Propper has committed to its customers. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Propper relies on appropriate safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to this list
Propper notifies customers of any intended addition or replacement of a subprocessor at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, by e-mail or through the platform, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement. Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within fourteen (14) days of the notification.
To receive subprocessor change notifications, customers are notified automatically at the e-mail address registered on their account.
