**Your platform -> Storage** in your admin dashboard.

One bucket for your whole firm. Everything your team keeps with us counts
against it: the mail and its attachments, the screenshots on support tickets,
the pictures inside messages and campaigns, files handed to the assistant, the
images on your certificate templates and your branding.

A bucket rather than an allowance each, because a mailbox belongs to the team.
`support@` is not one person's, and neither is what it is holding.

## Nothing stops when it fills up

This is the part worth reading twice. Being full does not refuse an upload, does
not block an attachment, and never turns away incoming mail. Post that vanishes
because a counter filled up hurts the person who wrote to you, who has no idea
any of this exists.

What being full does is show up on this page and put a mail in your inbox. If
you stay above your limit we will talk to you about a larger plan; we will not
quietly break your mailbox to make the point.

The per-file limits are a separate thing and stay as they are: 5 MB for a
picture inside a message, 8 MB for a mail attachment, 25 MB for a sound.

## When we write to you

At 80, 95 and 100 per cent of your limit. Each of those goes out once and not
again: a warning that repeats itself every night is a warning people file away
unread. Drop back under 80 per cent and the counter resets, so the next climb is
news again. Sitting at the same level for more than a month gets one reminder.

Everyone on your team with the **View storage** permission gets it, because they
are the people who can act on it. Past your limit we are copied in as well: at
that point it is our disk you are on, and a customer we never spoke to is not
something we want to discover from a full server.

The mail says what you are keeping, what you may keep, and the two ways out. It
never says anything has stopped working, because nothing has.

## What the page shows

**Your bucket.** How much is in use against what your plan holds, as a bar. Over
the limit, it says by how much and what that would come to per month once
storage is billed.

**How it grew.** A stacked graph over the last month, quarter or year, one band
per category. We measure every night and keep four hundred days of it, so the
graph answers the question a single number cannot: whether this is where you
normally sit or whether something started climbing three weeks ago.

A day with no band is a night the measurement did not run. We would rather show
you the gap than draw a zero you might believe.

**Where it sits.** Every category with its size and its share of the total. This
is the fastest way to see whether you are keeping mail, screenshots or pictures.

**Per person and per mailbox.** Two lists, because two different things own
storage here. People own what they uploaded: ticket screenshots, images they put
into a message, files they gave the assistant. Your team is listed first, then
the traders who added something to a conversation. Mail is not on that list at
all: it is on the mailbox list instead, per address.

**The biggest items.** The twenty five largest things across every category,
with the date and a link to the message or ticket they belong to. Start here when
you actually need room today.

## Cleaning up

Everything on this part of the page is switched off until you switch it on. We
do not delete anything because we thought it was a good idea, and there is no
default that quietly starts throwing files away.

Three rules, each with a number of days and a button to run it once without
turning the nightly version on:

**Mail attachments.** Attachments older than X days, in the folders you tick.
Nothing is ticked to begin with, which means nothing is touched however the
switch is set. The message stays and stays readable; the file is gone. Only
folders that keep their mail are offered: trash and spam empty themselves after
thirty days anyway.

**Images in messages.** Pictures that nothing shows any more. Every night we
read through everything your firm has written, campaigns, templates, signatures,
notes, tickets, legal pages and the rest, and note which images turn up. Only an
image that was looked for and not found becomes eligible, and only once it is
older than your retention. A scan that does not finish leaves everything alone,
so a night we could not read something is never a night you lose a picture.

**AI attachments.** Files people handed to the assistant. These disappear from
the conversation as well as from the disk.

Every button says what it is about to do before it does it: how many files, how
much space, and what it leaves alone. Whatever goes, by hand or overnight, is
written to your activity log with the numbers.

Support ticket screenshots are deliberately not on this list. They are the
evidence in a conversation, they are small, and the room is somewhere else.

## Who can see it

The screen needs the **View storage** permission, which you hand out per role
like every other one.

Cleaning up needs a second one, **Manage storage**. Watching what the platform
costs and being able to empty somebody's sent folder are not the same job.

Viewing is deliberately not the same as access to the mailbox. Someone who watches
what the platform costs is not automatically someone who may read your
correspondence, so without **View mailbox** the mail rows keep their size and
their mailbox but lose the subject, the filename and the link. The figures stay
complete; only the contents are withheld.

## Plans

| Plan | Included |
| ---- | -------- |
| Free | 50 GB |
| Plus | 500 GB |
| Pro | 2 TB |

Every propfirm starts on Free. Ask us for a larger one, or for a figure of your
own if none of the three fits what you do.

There used to be a separate mailbox quota of 5 GB and a separate 250 MB for
pictures inside messages. Both are gone, and everything they counted is in this
one bucket. The bar in your mail section now shows the same figure this page
does: two numbers for the same disk is one number that will be wrong.

## Sounds and avatars

Neither counts against your bucket. A custom notification sound belongs to the
trader who saved it, is often shared with other firms' traders, and keeps its
own limit of 100 MB per person. Profile pictures are the same idea and too small
to be worth counting.
