:::endpoint GET /v1/me/two-factor/recovery-codes

The recovery codes as they stand, each good for one sign-in without the
authenticator. A used one is replaced by a new one.

This read takes `me:write`, because holding these codes is as good as holding
the second factor.

## Errors

| Status | Code                     | Meaning                                         |
| ------ | ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| 400    | `two_factor_not_enabled` | The account has no authenticator, so no codes   |
| 403    | `insufficient_scope`     | This device does not hold `me:write`            |
